I’m joking... that’s not really what it’s called. It’s a Reset and Rebalance workshop where we’ll spend 2 scrummy hours getting back to feeling so well rested and spankingly virtuous before any kind of gym pummelling or long distance January running is unleashed on your poor unsuspecting glutes and hammies. And before any full throttle work situation has to happen to your TV and scrabble numbed mind 😱
